Been in this industry for more than 10 years. Helen truly believes that just experience is not enough. Continuous learning that involves at least twice a year overseas exchanges is important for exposure to broaden my horizons ensuring I’m keeping up with trends and new technology to serve my clients better.
She’s very impatient, however, the moment she picks up scissors, she would change 360-degree. She will be very patient to ask, listen and understand her customer’s needs. Then she will suggest a suitable service, treatment, and hairstyle that not only fit their need, but also fit the customer’s overall such as their facial features, height ratio, personality, temperament, age, and etc…
